Do you have a special project in which hot-dip galvanized steel plays a prominent role? If so, we cordially invite you to submit it for the Zinkinfo Galvanizing Awards 2027.
This competition was first held in 1997 under the name Benelux Trophy for Hot-Dip Galvanizing and, starting in 2025, will continue under a new name and with a new look.
Through the Zinkinfo Galvanizing Awards, Zinkinfo Benelux aims to highlight a wide range of applications for hot-dip galvanizing. Hot-dip galvanized steel offers numerous benefits to both designers and their clients. In particular, its long service life, reusability, and low-maintenance nature are key advantages of this corrosion protection system. Furthermore, designers appreciate the attractive aging process of hot-dip galvanized steel, which gives it that characteristic natural patina over the years.

The Zinkinfo Galvanizing Awards 2027 consist of five categories:
*Circularity is central to this category. The steel structure—and, by extension, the entire project—is designed so that the steel components can be disassembled and reused in a future project.
Participating means more than just having a chance to win a Zinkinfo Galvanizing Award.
All participating projects will be featured in a beautifully designed book to be published by Zinkinfo Benelux. This book will be widely distributed among clients, architects, engineering firms, steel fabricators, and contractors.
In addition, we will give the participating projects extensive exposure through Zinkinfo Benelux’s social media channels, including LinkedIn and Instagram, and feature them on this website.
Participation offers a great opportunity to showcase your project, your design, and your expertise to a broad professional audience.
An independent panel of experts will evaluate the submitted projects, select the nominees and winners, and ultimately determine which projects will be honored with a Zinkinfo Galvanizing Award 2027.
