Since Zinkinfo was founded in 2010, we have been organizing training courses at our affiliated galvanizing companies. Each time, the program is tailored to the functions and tasks of the participants, so that each group follows a course that is in line with practice.

The basis of the training is the course folder “Hot-dip galvanizing and duplex systems.” A PowerPoint presentation is used to cover and clarify the most important parts. There is a specific version of the training for each target group within a galvanizing plant.

Structure of training

• 6 meetings of 2.5 hours each

• Self-study: 6 to 10 hours

• Each chapter concludes with practice questions to be discussed as a group during the next session.

Optional exam

Those who wish can opt for a 7th meeting with an official exam. With a positive result, each participant will receive a diploma. A re-examination is also among the possibilities.
