CHOOSE hot-dip galvanized steel =

CHOOSE ENDLESS REUSE

A galvanized steel structure will last the entire life of a building. Adding new raw materials is not necessary. Galvanized steel is robust and easily dismantled for reuse
in multiple life cycles of a building or structure. Moreover, the zinc coating remains intact even when the steel structure is reused. If necessary, you can re-galvanize the steel, avoiding the production of new steel. And when the long life of galvanized steel eventually ends, steel and zinc are recycled together, with no loss of value.

Case in point: the elegant Elascon stand from 1976. After 38 years of intensive use, the galvanized steel skeleton was still as good as new. SV Gramsbergen bought it for 7,000 euros and rebuilt it for 35,000 euros. A new stand would have cost as much as 200,000 euros. Conclusion: no new steel, no extra corrosion protection needed and a saving of 165,000 euros.
