For galvanizing plants, we offer a complete range of chemicals for the pretreatment of steel surfaces prior to hot-dip galvanizing.
Powerful degreasers for thorough cleaning
Our degreasing agents are specially formulated to thoroughly remove stubborn dirt, oil, and grease from metal surfaces. This is essential for optimal adhesion of the galvanized coating.
Stain baths with inhibitors
Selectively removes rust without causing excessive damage to the base material. The pickling baths contain acids that effectively remove rust, but the added inhibitors prevent excessive corrosion of the underlying steel. This ensures that the materials retain their strength and durability.
Flux for optimally preparing steel for the galvanizing process
Prior to hot-dip galvanizing, the steel is treated with flux agents. These form a thin protective layer that prevents oxidation during the galvanizing process, ensuring an even and durable zinc coating.
